A Photographic Guide to Common Urban Trees of Hong Kong, published by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, will be on sale during 18-24 July 2018 in the “Hong Kong Book Fair 2018” at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
A Photographic Guide to Common Urban Trees of Hong Kong introduces 131 tree species commonly seen in urban and surrounding areas in Hong Kong. The characteristics of trees such as tree forms, trunks, leaves, flowers and fruits are described with colour photos and simple text. The book also highlights distinctive features of trees, and comparison of similar species, to help readers to identify trees.
During the “Hong Kong Book Fair 2018”, a special 25% discount will be offered for purchasing A Photographic Guide to Common Urban Trees of Hong Kong, Handbook of Hong Kong Plants, Check List of Hong Kong Plants 2012, Flora of Hong Kong (Volume 1, 2, 3, 4 and the Master Index) and Flora of Hong Kong (Chinese Version)(Volume 1) at the Information Services Department booth in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
